Who are we?

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace.

We are looking for a skilled Demi Chef De Partie to join our exceptional Culinary team.

The on target earning potential for this role is £29,786.59 per annum based on a 45 hour contract - comprising a base salary of £36,806.59 plus a qualified estimate of £7,000 in gratuities and service charge*. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.

Here’s a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role:
  • You will be assisting in the food preparation for all of our restaurants.
  • You will be involved in full preparation of all aspects of the kitchen. Delivering delicious food and drink is at the heart of what we do. With a focus on simple dishes, using high quality ingredients throughout our menus, you will be consistent in delivering service that delights.
  • Supporting the senior team in delivering high quality, memorable food to all of our guests and members.
  • Assisting the kitchen's senior leadership in managing all food health and safety related standards.

About gratuities & service charge:
