A dedicated recovery service provider is seeking an organised Administrator for its Derbyshire Recovery Partnership in Ilkeston. The role involves providing administrative support, managing health and safety, and being the first point of contact for clients. Ideal candidates must possess strong organisational and communication skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office. This position offers a starting salary of £24,637, inclusive benefits, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Phoenix Futures is looking to recruit an organised and efficient Administrator for our Derbyshire Recovery Partnership service to work Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, 37.5 hours per week. This fantastic opportunity will involve providing administrative support to the Erewash team, overseeing health and safety responsibilities, completing data tasks, and being the first point of contact for people attending and contacting the Ilkeston office.
This role is based at our Ilkeston office which has parking to the rear of the building and good public transport links.
Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate great organisational skills, with clear and effective communication both verbally and written. You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word, with a keen eye for accurate data.
