Qualifications

Moose Toys is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to join our Cornwall team on a fixed term contract of 6 months.

The Role

To provide a high level of customer experience by managing sales orders from receipt through to on-time, in-full delivery. You will be required to take charge of your own accounts, handle the order process from entry to invoicing, and offer support throughout. You will identify issues early and resolve them quickly. This includes efficient receipt, processing, management, and despatch of all orders.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is keen to learn, grow and build their capability in operations, whatever their starting point.

  • Our contracts are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (1/2 hour paid lunch break).
  • Hybrid - We offer work from home 2 days a week (Wednesdays and Fridays) depending on business needs.
  • We run a non-contractual flexi hours scheme whereby our core working hours are 10:00 – 15:00 (Monday to Friday). The additional hours are made up flexibly across the week.
  • Company Pension Contribution - 4% after 3 months service

  • Enhanced Holiday, 25 days plus the bank holidays. After 3 years employment this increases by 1 day a year up to a max of 28 days
