Qualifications

• Relevant qualification in Fire Safety, Health & Safety, or related discipline.
• Proven experience with fire risk and health & safety assessments.
• Strong knowledge of fire safety legislation.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough fire risk assessments for various properties.
• Identify potential fire hazards and evaluate existing safety measures.
• Prepare detailed risk assessment reports with clear recommendations.
• Liaise with clients and property managers to discuss findings.
• Maintain professional development and keep up with fire safety legislation.
