Qualifications

• 5+ years working with children in residential care, including 2+ years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience in Learning Disabilities (LD) or Emotional, Developmental or Behavioral (EDB) settings.
• Proven track record of achieving 'Good' Ofsted ratings.
