Job summary

A niche global medical supplier in the United Kingdom is seeking Warehouse Operatives to assist with day-to-day functions in a physically demanding role. Hours: 35 to 40hr per week / Full-time - Permanent

Medical Supplier to a niche global market seeks Warehouse Operatives to join our small but growing team to assist day warehouse functions.

Candidates should be able to work in a busy, physically demanding role dealing with all aspects of warehouse work including picking/packing of orders and the processing of incoming and outgoing stock.

The role will require a high level of accuracy in completing delegated tasks plus the ability to work under pressure both within the team and independently.

Candidate must be honest, self‑motivated and reliable with a willingness to learn. We are a small growing company looking for longer term career development within a niche but interesting industry.

Previous experience in a warehouse environment is an advantage. Good communication skills both written and verbal, basic proficiency in Word/Excel. Internal training shall be provided and carried out through practical on‑the‑job learning.

Duties And Responsibilities Will Include, But Not Limited To

• Goods in receipt – checking and confirming all received stock is correct
• Picking & Packing of orders Bar coding / labelling / tagging of stock
• Loading and unloading of stock deliveries and client orders
• Efficiently completing all activities as delegated
• Maintaining tidiness and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Organisation and rotation of all stock, including cycle counts and reporting discrepancies
• Liaising with quality control and purchasing for returned / damaged / incorrect stock.
• Proactively assist across all aspect of the business as needed.
• Adhering to all policies, procedures and regulatory requirements as given by the company's Quality Management
