Qualifications

• Qualified to degree level in a construction/design related discipline.
• Building Regulation Principal Designer experience on non-HRBs and HRBs.
• Experience of the HRB process including Gateway submissions.

• Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with Building Regulations.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop client relationships.
