Qualifications

• Qualified to degree level (or equivalent) in a construction/design related discipline.
• Experience as a Building Regulation Principal Designer on both non-HRB’s and HRB’s.
• Knowledge of the HRB process including Gateway submissions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expert advice on the Building Safety Act and Building Regulations.
• Undertake BRPD duties including design reviews and compliance checks.
• Shape Ramboll’s UK policies and procedures in relation to building safety.
