Qualifications

• Professional accreditation such as CIAT (or progress toward accreditation/ chartership) is preferred.
• Extensive experience leading complex construction projects from early stages to completion.
• Experience working on Educational Projects is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams and coordinate multidisciplinary inputs.
• Produce detailed technical drawings, specifications, and construction information.
• Prepare and submit Planning and Building Control applications.
