Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in UK Residential and/or Commercial sectors.
• Ability to produce detailed, compliant drawing packages through RIBA stages 3-5.
• Understanding of UK building regulations and technical design standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist with technical design of large-scale projects.
• Produce coordinated, efficient, and compliant technical design solutions.
• Review and coordinate incoming technical information.
