As a key member of our Farm Milk Quality Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the responsible sourcing of milk across our supplier network.In this role, you will partner with dairy farmers to provide expert guidance on mastitis management and milk quality, helping to strengthen farm performance and elevate standards across the region. You will also take ownership of implementing the Saputo Animal Welfare Policy and represent Saputo within the broader industry, advocating for best practice and contributing to continuous improvement across the Australian dairy sector.**Reporting to the Head of Milk Quality Assurance, your responsibilities will include:*** Develop and maintain exceptional relationships with farmers, Saputo Field Services, logistics partners, and manufacturing facilities.* Lead and coach continuous improvement in milk quality performance through targeted initiatives.* Investigate milk quality incidents and verify corrective actions.* Ensure farms comply with regulatory standards in milk quality and food safety.* Champion animal welfare and support sustainable agriculture practices.* Provide insightful analysis and reporting to drive decision-making.**About You*** Veterinary Science degree (preferably), Animal Science qualification, or background in agriculture or sustainability.
