Job summary

A leading healthcare organization is seeking a compassionate Team Leader in Manchester. In this full-time role, you will lead and support a team while empowering adults with mental health needs to lead independent lives. Responsibilities include supervising support staff, administering medication, and promoting a positive care environment. Qualifications

  • Experience in challenging settings with adults with mental health needs.
  • Ability to lead as well as work in a team environment.
  • Empathy and compassion in providing care.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Service Manager in running the service.
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor Support Workers.
  • Administer medication safely and ensure quality care.

Experience supporting adults with mental health needs or learning disabilities

Education

Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care
