• Relevant experience in Quantity Surveying, ideally in Nuclear or Civil engineering sectors.
• Advanced knowledge of standard forms of contract, including the NEC suite.
• Professional membership of RICS, CIOB, CICES, or CIPS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate NEC and ensure compliance with contract timelines.
• Liaise with design teams for commercial considerations in designs.
• Manage contractor engagement with clients and stakeholders.
