The Role

• Provide person-centred support to adults with complex and profound needs
• Support daily living tasks (medication, cooking, cleaning, activities)
• Offer emotional and practical support
• Support community access, independence, and skill development
• Build positive, trusting relationships

About You

• Understanding of challenging behaviours and developmental needs
• Resilient, confident, and compassionate
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Experience in care or mental health settings desirable (not essential)
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence desirable (not essential)
