Reporting to the Group CFO, Group Strategy is a small, high-impact team that brings strategic clarity and cross-enterprise perspective to leadership decisions. We shape the strategic agenda by identifying what’s next, support critical decision-making with insight and context, and drive cross-enterprise initiatives that turn strategic opportunities into reality. The role requires strong strategic judgment and the ability to operate effectively in a multi-business environment, translating ambiguity into clear priorities and actionable recommendations for senior leaders.
