Qualifications

• Mechanical or Electrical qualification with proven management experience.
• Experience in delivering planned and reactive maintenance in a Hard FM environment.
• IOSH Managing Safely certification and strong HSE leadership.
• Strong communication skills and proactive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver Hard FM services ensuring compliance.
• Manage operational and financial interfaces with client project teams.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead and develop the Hard FM team, ensuring high standards.
