Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a care or support environment for people with learning disabilities and mental health.
• At least 2 years experience in a regulated care or support environment.

Responsibilities

• Build a positive rapport with residents, focusing on their rights and dignity.
• Plan and implement individual programmes of care with the senior team.
• Oversee Care Assistants ensuring safe care delivery.
• Implement safety and positive behaviour support training.
• Understand and apply individual risk assessment management plans.
