Responsibilities

• Support the Head Baker in leading the night-shift team to produce organic breads and viennoiserie.
• Maintain the quality of all Daylesford bakery products and ensure items are produced to specification.
• Contribute to the development and rollout of new and seasonal bakery lines.
• Deputise for the Head Baker, overseeing daily production and recipe execution.
• Ensure all ingredients are prepared accurately and bakery prep is completed on time.
• Uphold Soil Association organic standards and traceability requirements.
• Supervise the team to deliver high-quality products with minimal wastage.
• Support the achievement of financial goals through efficient production.
• Assist with team management, including training and communication of recipe changes.
