A leading bakery company in Enfield is seeking experienced Electrical Engineers to join their evolving team. The role involves working in a 24/7 automated environment, conducting preventative maintenance, and enhancing plant reliability. Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off days and nights, working 6-6
Salary: up to £62,300 per annum depending on experience and skills

Our Engineers work in shift teams in close conjunction with production, safety and hygiene. The team undertake planned and preventative maintenance and are encouraged to use their engineering skills and experience to develop robust solutions and long-term fixes.
There's a huge variety of tasks that will range from general plant maintenance to improving plant reliability and diagnosing problems before they develop. The environment is a highly automated 24/7 food manufacturing plant.
As part of your role, you’ll be identifying and completing continuous improvement projects to increase plant efficiency, reduce downtime and save energy and associated costs.
We'll help to develop your technical skills by providing additional training and support.
You’ll ensure daily preventative maintenance activities are completed to a high standard, breakdowns are resolved quickly and efficiently to maximise plant reliability, performance, product quality and safety.
