You will lead a dedicated team overseeing daily production activities across their established bread, crumpet, and new pancake lines. The ideal candidate has experience in manufacturing within an FMCG environment, strong leadership skills, and a passion for quality and safety. Hours: Working 3 crew/4 crew days and nights - salary range is £46.5k to £48.5k - The salary offered will sit within a range and is determined by the skills and experience demonstrated.
