Are you already a Reliability or Maintenance Engineer with previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment?
We are looking to appoint 2 day-based Reliability Engineers to join our growing team. You’ll have the opportunity to work with our senior engineering management team on projects to improve reliability, and the identification of issues through root cause analysis and condition-based monitoring. You’ll be responsible for planned and preventative maintenance tasks to help prevent issues before they occur.

Our Engineers work in shift teams in close conjunction with production, safety and hygiene. The team undertake planned and preventative maintenance and are encouraged to use their engineering skills and experience to develop robust solutions and long-term fixes.
There's a huge variety of tasks that will range from general plant maintenance to improving plant reliability and diagnosing problems before they develop. The environment is a highly automated 24/7 food manufacturing plant.
As part of your role, you’ll be identifying and completing continuous improvement projects to increase plant efficiency, reduce downtime and save energy and associated costs.
We'll help to develop your technical skills by providing additional training and support.
You’ll ensure daily preventative maintenance activities are completed to a high standard, breakdowns are resolved quickly and efficiently to maximise plant reliability, performance, product quality and safety.
Successful candidates must have, or be eligible to obtain, the right to work in the UK before commencing employment.
