A leading logistics company in Aberdeen is seeking an experienced Materials Coordinator to manage offshore material requirements. The role includes planning and coordination activities to ensure timely delivery and compliance with safety regulations. Applicants should have experience in Warehousing and Materials Management, alongside excellent communication skills. The position requires existing offshore experience and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders effectively. The contract is fixed-term until 31.12.2026.
The contract is for a Fixed Term concluding on 31.12.2026. ASCO are seeking an experienced Materials Coordinator who will serve as the main point of contact for all offshore related material requirements within the client's materials management operating function with emphasis on customer support and the timely tracking and delivery of materials. To perform material planning and coordination activities with a focus on accuracy, quality inputs and optimisation, and to cooperate with stakeholders (Deck Crew, OIM, OMC, OTL, MTL, Albert Quay, Logistics, Marine) and other MM/WH teams.
Applicants must have existing experience in Warehousing and Materials Management. Offshore experience is mandatory for this role.
