A property management company in Cambridge is seeking an exceptional Property Manager to oversee residential properties. This role requires strong communication and organisational skills, along with experience in property management. We’re looking for an exceptional Property Manager to join us and help shape the future of residential property management.
You’ll bring a solid background in residential property management, strong organisational skills, and the confidence to manage competing priorities. Your ability to communicate clearly, manage budgets, and solve problems effectively will be key to your success in the role.
Qualifications: IRPM (TPI) Part 1 is preferred but not essential. We will support you in gaining any further qualifications.
Experience: Experience in property management is essential. You should be confident in handling budgets, overseeing maintenance, and ensuring financial control across multiple sites.
Skills: Strong communication and organisational skills, solid project management ability, and a thorough understanding of current property management legislation
For this role you would be required to be in the Cambridge office 2 days a week, 1 day on site and 2 days working from home.
