Qualifications

• Holds a HNC in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Has supervisory experience in managing multi-skilled teams.
• Possesses IT skills in Microsoft Office for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of planned maintenance and reactive repairs.
• Monitor team performance and evaluate training needs.
• Participate in long-term preventative maintenance programs.
• Ensure maintenance schedules are completed on time and safely.
• Liaise with Engineering Manager to prioritize maintenance tasks.
