We are looking for an experienced and motivated Chef de Partie who is ready to step up into a senior position within a prestigious fine dining restaurant located in the Mayfair area of London.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with exceptional, seasonal produce and contribute to a kitchen known for its creativity, quality, and attention to detail.

Role Overview

As a Senior Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in supporting the Head Chef and leading a section of the kitchen. You will be involved in preparing high‑end dishes, contributing ideas for the evolving menu, and ensuring every plate meets the restaurant’s exacting standards.

You will also work closely with a talented and collaborative team that shares a genuine passion for food and innovation.

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie in a fine dining environment
• Confident leadership skills with the ability to guide and support junior chefs
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
• Strong knowledge of ingredients, seasonality, and nutrition
• A commitment to maintaining the highest culinary standards and consistency
