Your role as Convenience Store Manager gives you full control over the shop. You’ll be a leader accountable for delivering good, joyful, accessible and affordable food for everyone on a daily basis. Managing Customer and Trading Managers, you’ll plan and prepare for upcoming trading activity with a commercial mindset, anticipate issues from today to six months ahead, and ensure everything is safe and legal. Retail is ever‑evolving with new initiatives and change programmes; you’ll make difficult decisions responsibly and find the role highly rewarding.
