Key Responsibilities :
Front Office Operations
  • Manage day-to-day front office activities, including reception, client handling, and administrative support.
  • Ensure a professional and welcoming environment for visitors, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee scheduling, appointments, and front-desk workflows.
Customer & Client Management
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and vendors.
  • Handle inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service in compliance with UK service norms.
Team Management
  • Supervise, train, and motivate front office staff.
  • Prepare duty rosters, manage attendance, and monitor performance.
  • Ensure staff adherence to company policies and procedures.
Administrative & Compliance
  • Maintain records, documentation, and front office reports.
  • Coordinate with HR, Finance, and Operations teams for smooth functioning.
  • Ensure compliance with UK employment laws, health & safety, and data protection (GDPR).
Communication & Coordination
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Support management with reports, MIS, and operational updates.
  • Manage correspondence (emails, calls, letters) professionally.
