A county emergency service in Oxford is seeking Primary Care Paramedics to join their dynamic team. The role involves delivering patient care across various urban and rural settings while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Candidates must possess valid Ontario ‘F’ level drivers’ license, CPR certification, and complete the Ottawa Paramedic Physical Abilities Test (OPPAT). Competitive hourly wage offered, along with benefits including pensions and health care allowances.
Wage range: $48.21 to start (this 2025 hourly rate includes 14% in lieu of benefits)

Paramedics are an innovative and dynamic team who focus on patient care and the well-being of each other. Responsible for responding effectively under pressure while adapting to diverse environments to deliver patient care to Oxford County residents. Follows the standard of Patient Care, reports, and documentation in accordance to Part 5 of the Ambulance Act (Regulation 257/00), as well as internal reporting and documentation requirements.
