Job summary

An international energy service provider is seeking a Commercial Coordinator to manage contract financials, provide guidance to project teams, and ensure reporting deadlines are met. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or Finance and experience in budgeting and cost-reporting, especially within the oil and gas sector. This role involves regular client interaction and requires advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of contract management.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified (preferably in Quantity Surveying / Finance / Accountancy).
• Understanding of contract law and management.
• Experience with budgeting, re-forecasting, cost-reporting and monthly accounts.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and guidance regarding contract and commercial aspects of projects.
• Prepare client monthly reports including values of works and budgets.
• Monitor ongoing financial performance of each contract.
