A dynamic creative agency in Greater London seeks a Senior Account Manager to lead key client relationships and manage complex projects. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in client management within social or creative agencies and be responsible for delivering integrated social campaigns. Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in client management within a social, digital, or creative agency.
  • Proven experience leading complex social campaigns and managing multiple workstreams.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own day-to-day leadership of key client accounts across Always On and campaign based work.
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationships.
  • Lead delivery of integrated social campaigns, including planning and overseeing social shoots.
