A prestigious UK university is seeking a Partnerships Manager for the EPSRC funded Quantum Information Science and Technology Centre for Doctoral Training. This position involves developing relationships with companies, securing funding for studentships, and managing collaborations. The School of Physics seeks to recruit a Partnerships Manager for its EPSRC funded Quantum Information Science and Technology Centre for Doctoral Training programme (https://www.qist-cdt.info/ ). This evolved CDT is led by the University of Bristol and delivered in partnership with the University of Sussex. The programme aims to deliver on EPSRC’s Research Priority of Quantum Technologies – supporting research across both institutions. This role provides the unique opportunity to work with key internal and external stakeholders to facilitate delivery of a high-quality postgraduate training programme.
This role supports hybrid working arrangements to provide flexibility, however the appointed candidate is expected to work on campus one day a week at minimum. While the Centre’s operational needs require the successful candidate to start by February 2026, we are able to accommodate individual notice periods.
Contract type: Open ended with fixed funding until September 2029
