A leading energy provider in the UK is seeking a Field Operations Manager based in Bolsover. This role involves leading a multi-skilled team responsible for the operations of a distribution network up to 33kV. Our local office teams are at the heart of this mission and we’re currently seeking a Field Operations Manager, based at our Alfreton depot. Responsible for a distribution network up to 33kV, you will lead an operational team in safely planning, designing, and executing work, all the while maintaining strong customer relationships.

As this is a hands‑on operational role, you’ll need to be depot‑based and comfortable with regular travel throughout the area.
This role also requires flexibility during severe weather or unplanned events/exceptional circumstances. You’ll play a vital part in deploying resources and restoring power supplies—keeping customers connected across our licence areas.
