Overview

SAE’s Glasgow campus seeking to hire a Hourly Paid team member to support delivery on the BA/BSc Game Art & Animation program. We are looking to build a candidate pool of industry practitioners and educators who can demonstrate current experience and a commitment to supporting the development of creative professionals.

Location: Glasgow
Salary: Variable hourly rate, based on skills and experience.
Hours: Part time
Contract type: Hourly Paid

Responsibilities
  • Support delivery on the BA/BSc Game Art & Animation program for SAE Glasgow.
  • Engage with students across all undergraduate levels and connect them with current industry practice.
  • Contribute to high-quality teaching practice and demonstration of current industry knowledge.
  • Collaborate to prepare students for realistic work environments in line with industry standards.
  • Participate in building a pool of qualified industry practitioners and educators for future roles.
Qualifications
  • Excellent technical knowledge and the ability to engage and connect with students across all undergraduate levels.
  • A credible professional/industry profile and evidence of high-quality teaching practice.
  • Experience in the delivery of further or higher education programmes.
  • A degree in a relevant discipline is expected.
  • Teaching and/or postgraduate qualifications are desirable but not essential.
