Responsibilities

As a Team Leader, you play a key role in delivering our award-winning service directly to customers’ doors — ensuring our vehicles are where we need them to be, when we need them to be there. You are a key member of the Branch Management Team, coordinating the delivery and collection of vehicles to customers. With your team of Service Delivery Drivers on board, you inspire the team and take ownership for the allocation and utilisation of the fleet at your site, getting the right vehicles to the right customers, just when they need it. You are a people person who sets expectations high and nurtures those around you to create a productive, engaged team that works together to get things done well and on time.

Being a successful Team Leader in branch is about using your customer service know-how, talent for motivating others and a calm, can-do attitude to get your team pulling in the same direction. Knowledge of vehicle rental or a similar logistics environment may be useful, along with a Full UK or EU Driving Licence, but what matters most is the drive and personality you bring to the role.
