A well-known client near Bicester is seeking a Grounds and Maintenance Team Member to enhance park aesthetics and ensure cleanliness. Candidates should be self-motivated, experienced in grounds maintenance, and enjoy guest interaction. This role operates Monday to Friday, 7am - 5pm, in a customer-service-focused environment.

Job description

Our well known client based just outside Bicester is looking for a Grounds and Maintenance Team Member to be part of something special!

They are looking for someone who has experience in carrying out grounds and maintenance tasks to a high standard. You may have planned and delivered annual routine maintenance tasks as well as general gardening tasks. You will enjoy interacting with guests and working in a customer-service environment. Most importantly you will be self-motivated and have experience of working in a team to support your colleagues to deliver.

Responsibilities

• Planting of park planters and bedding areas, together with pruning and maintenance of plants, hedges, shrubs and trees to seasonal schedules.
• Watering of hanging baskets, hayracks and summer bedding.
• Ensuring park grounds. Roadways, paths, bins, bin bays and public areas are clean and free from litter and loose debris.
• Maintain and repair all fencing, trellis work, walls and signage, etc.
• Completing daily site walks and having active guest interaction.
• Working collaboratively across the whole park team.

Monday - Friday: 7am - 5pm
