• Own steel-cap work boots required; all other PPE will be provided.

Our client is excited to announce a vacancy for a dedicated Grounds Maintenance Operative to join their team. This role is essential for ensuring that the public spaces are well‑maintained, safe, and presented to a high standard for the community to enjoy.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in carrying out essential ground's maintenance work across our client's sites.

General Duties:

• Carry out grass cutting, strimming, and hedge trimming to maintain parks, open spaces, and recreational areas.
• Ensure general site tidiness to keep public spaces clean and welcoming.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including planting, weeding, and seasonal upkeep. Inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure they remain in safe working order.
• Collaborate with other teams on maintenance projects and general site upkeep.
