Store Location: Dundrum Shopping Centre, Dundrum

Working Pattern: 38.75 hours per week

Salary: Up to €34,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to lead, motivate and develop the store team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
  • Coach and support colleagues to deliver world-class customer service every time.
  • Foster a customer-first culture, ensuring the store consistently exceeds expectations.
  • Support financial performance by helping to manage sales, payroll, shrinkage and stock availability.
  • Play an active role in developing colleagues into confident health and wellness experts.
  • Ensure all store operations, including compliance, EHS, and loss prevention, are maintained to the highest standards.
  • Execute marketing campaigns and promotional plans accurately and on time.
  • Oversee daily operations, rotas and administration tasks, ensuring smooth store performance.
  • Step into full Store Manager responsibilities during periods of absence, ensuring seamless leadership.
  • Complete our Qualified to Advise training, so you can support customers with trusted expertise.
