• Practical understanding of offshore work is preferred.
• Good interpersonal, organisational, and multi-tasking skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with SAP or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control project-specific costs using finance systems.
• Define Control Budget for new projects and manage variances.
• Prepare periodic Project Status Reports for stakeholders.
• Liaise with stakeholders on project costs against budget.
• Work on schedule updates and management of project changes.
• Track cost and revenue implications from project registers.
• Support Finance with invoicing and project estimates.
• Assist Commercial with tender bids and quality event reporting.
• Assist in timely closure of projects with final reconciliations.
