• Minimum 4 years' experience in project cost control/quantity surveying within large construction/infrastructure projects.
• Experience in general finance and/or project accounting role.
• Knowledge of financial accounting.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring expenditure against budgets and maintaining commercial integrity.
• Develop, manage, and update complex project schedules with resource allocations.
• Management of project budgets and cost control processes.
• Prepare accurate cost forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Monitor allowances and risk provisions.
• Own monthly cost and revenue forecasts and variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate cost capture and month-end close disciplines.
