• Minimum 4 years' experience in project cost control/quantity surveying within large construction/infrastructure projects.
• Experience in general finance and/or project accounting role, and knowledge of financial accounting.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and project controls tools.

Responsibilities

• Monitor expenditure against budgets and maintain commercial integrity.
• Manage and update complex project schedules.
• Prepare accurate cost forecasts and cash flow projections.
• Own monthly cost and revenue forecasts, variance analysis, and trend tracking.
