Location: Remote First; office location Moorgate, London (flexible remote working locations within UK/Europe)

Employment type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time (UK 9-6)

Salary: dependent on experience, up to £60,000 + Shares + Benefits

TransFICC is a fintech scale-up building high-performance connectivity and trading solutions for fixed income markets. We’re a small, engineering-led team with a high bar, where hiring is collaborative, structured and focused on finding the right people, not hitting vanity headcount goals.

We’re hiring a Talent Partner to work closely with our Head of Talent and engineering leaders to run high-quality hiring processes, mainly across engineering and adjacent technical roles.

What you’ll do
  • Own full-cycle hiring for a set of roles (kick-off, sourcing, interviews, scheduling, closing).
  • Help define role scorecards and interview plans with the Head of Talent and hiring managers.
  • Keep interview processes structured and consistent across teams.
  • Suggest and implement process improvements (better templates, smoother stages, automation).
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience: clear communication, timely feedback, and clear expectations.
  • Give candidates a consistent, realistic picture of our work, team and tech - no overselling.
What we’re looking for
  • Experience as an in-house recruiter in a tech / engineering-heavy environment.
  • You can speak “Engineer” - you can understand and discuss technical topics at a high level.
  • Strong relationship skills: clear, direct communicator; able to nudge and organise busy engineers.
  • Data-driven: confident using an ATS (we use Greenhouse) and basic metrics to spot bottlenecks and track progress.
  • Organised, reliable, and comfortable working autonomously in a small team.

Bonus points if you are fluent in multiple languages and have substantial experience hiring outside the UK.
