A fintech scale-up in the UK is looking for a Talent Partner to lead full-cycle hiring across technical roles. Candidates should have experience as in-house recruiters in tech environments, be technically knowledgeable, and have strong communication skills. We’re hiring a Talent Partner to work closely with our Head of Talent and engineering leaders to run high-quality hiring processes, mainly across engineering and adjacent technical roles.
Bonus points if you are fluent in multiple languages and have substantial experience hiring outside the UK.
