• Minimum of five years’ experience in an acute hospital setting or healthcare insurance.
• Experience as a Senior Nurse/band 6 preferred.
• Knowledge of case management processes and community resources.

Responsibilities

• Complete utilisation reviews for patients.
• Coordinate discharge planning.
• Liaise between stakeholders including patients and insurers.
