Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years post-qualification experience with at least 3 years case management experience.
  • Current registration with appropriate professional body (SWE, HCPC, NMC).
  • Experience working with clients with brain injury, neurological and other complex conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide supervision to case managers in line with company's Supervision Policy.
  • Undertake induction programme for new case managers.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance audits on supervisees' progress reports.
