Qualifications

• Experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Understanding of HIPAA regulations and confidentiality.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
• Collect data on client behavior during sessions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of care plans.
• Utilize ABA techniques to manage challenging behaviors.

Skills
