Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a relevant technical role.
• Solid knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Site Technical team to deliver process excellence.
• Implement manufacturing process and technology innovations.
• Collaborate with central Technical, NPD Design, and Marketing teams.

Skills

Strong ‘hands-on’ Technical knowledge of bakery manufacturing processes

Experience in manufacturing systems and practices in a blue-chip FMCG environment

Accredited to minimum Green Belt level in Six Sigma/Lean Sigma

Demonstrated success in the management and development of Technical teams

Education

Food engineering/science or process Engineering qualification
