What you’ll be doing

  • Support and influence Behavioural Safety initiatives such as Take Care and Making Safety Personal.
  • Lead and participate in site inspections, investigations, and internal/external audits.
  • Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, regulatory bodies (including HSE) and internal specialists.
  • Monitor changes in legislation and standards, and help improve systems, processes and guidance.
  • Contribute to training programmes, toolbox talks, specialist committees and tender submissions.
  • Analyse performance trends and recommend actions that drive measurable HS&W improvement.
Who we’re looking for

  • Understanding of electrical safety — substation, cabling or OHL environments.
  • Strong influencing and relationship-building skills at all levels.
  • Proven ability to lead investigations, audits and risk-based assessments.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting and presentation skills.
  • A calm, empathetic approach when working under pressure.
