A leading construction and engineering company is seeking a Senior Health, Safety and Wellbeing Advisor to join its Power Transmission and Distribution Team in Assington. About The Role Balfour Beatty are looking for a Senior Health, Safety and Wellbeing (HSW) Advisor to join our Power Transmission and Distribution Team on the Bramford to Twinstead (BTNO) project. The project office is based at Assington in Sudbury. This is a site-based role with occasional travel to other sites in England and Wales. A company car will be provided with the role. The Senior HSW Advisor will support and promote delivery of the Zero Harm Action Plan, working with the HSW Manager to ensure the project is compliant with the HSW requirements of the UK Business Management System.
Project information: Balfour Beatty will be responsible for the replacement of the existing high voltage electricity network between Bramford Substation in Suffolk and Twinstead Tee in Essex, with a new 400 kilovolt overhead line spanning 18 kilometers. In addition, the company will also deliver 11 kilometres of underground cable through the Dedham Vale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Stour Valley.
