What you will do

This position reports into the eCommerce Senior Customer Development Manager (Omnichannel) and is based at the Reading office, UK.

Key responsibilities
  • Being accountable for the eCommerce P&L for your respective accounts, delivering monthly internal & external reviews and actions plans
  • Driving improved ROI of eCommerce on site and media investment
  • Build eJBPs with priority customers to increase visibility of importance of eCommerce sales to deliver the total account business plans
  • Become an extended part of the respective BU to drive total integration of eCommerce plans for true omni channel customer experience
  • Collaborate with the in-store Customer Development and Shopper Marketing teams to build joined up retailer plans at all ends of the funnel
  • Own the .com sales performance of each of your retailers and regularly (monthly) present findings and learnings back to wider CD and Marketing teams across the business
  • Lead onsite retail media execution with Citrus Ad & Criteo working closely with our agency partners and search specialists
  • Help drive and support plans to deliver an omnichannel experience for our customers based on eCommerce shopper insights
  • Work closely with peers and local/regional digital & eCommerce teams to identify best practices and processes to improve digital shelf metrics
  • Undertake analysis of channel performance, and competitive position
  • Inspire local and regional organisation to accelerate investment into eCommerce by providing performance driven data and insight
  • Support local leadership for eCommerce, including practices in product presence, demand generation and analytics utilised to improve the sales of Kenvue products
  • Support local deployment of new technology that enhances eCommerce capabilities
  • Ensure all eCommerce customer service and supply chain processes are operating effectively
  • Unlock white space such as Quick commerce
What we are looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
  • Ability to drive strategy and change while implementing, analysing, and reporting on numerous concurrent projects. Ability to navigate well in ambiguity
  • Superior analytical skills and experience applying data to make decisions. Record of making decisions and implementing change
  • Project management experience with demonstrated ability to prioritize work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Previous B2C eCommerce experience preferred
  • Experience in B2C account management, sales planning, account development, or marketing preferred
  • Understanding of end‑user experience as it relates to online purchasing
