Qualifications

• Experience in Outdoor Adventure/Education preferred.
• Good English Literacy and Numeracy skills required.
• Ability to build rapport over the phone and face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, management, and training for Expedition Leaders.
• Manage communications and documentation for expeditions.
• Build and sustain relationships with key contacts.
