World Challenge – Expedition Leader (July 2026)

We are recruiting Expedition Leaders to lead trips in July 2026. We need people passionate about travel, youth development and purposeful adventure.

Our leaders are freelance professionals such as outdoor professionals, youth workers, teachers, ex‑challengers, medics, global travellers. They keep young people safe, inspired and supported on life‑changing overseas expeditions.

Key qualifications:

• Mountain Leader qualification or equivalent.
• Empathy, adaptability and strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience building rapport and motivating teams on remote expeditions.
• Relevant expedition or outdoor professional experience.

Selection & Recruitment Course: Two‑day in‑person event in February/March 2026 (UK Midlands).
