As a Senior HR Specialist, you’ll own and improve core people operations across the employee lifecycle. You’ll be the go‑to person for HR operations, policy and process execution, HRIS data integrity, and employee support — bringing structure and speed to a fast‑growing startup environment. You’ll partner closely with leadership and hiring managers to deliver a high‑trust, high‑quality employee experience at scale.
